RTCz and Endevor integration/bridge
Is there any thing planned (like a SVN bridge in RTC) between RTCz and Endevor?
The only thing I found on jazz.net was: Work item status queries through external z/OS source control management tools such as SCLM and Endevor A gateway application running on System z simplifies calling of Jazz REST services from scripting languages such as REXX. A sample SCLM exit point REXX exec is included, which demonstrates how to interrogate the status of a Rational Team Concert for System z work item and use the results to determine whether an SCLM action is permitted. |

Hi The Jazz Gateway (or REST Gateway) that you have found is currently the only planned bridge we currently have between host based external SCM's and RTC(z). The Gateway enables an external SCM to query RTC work item status as the external SCM is performing some action. So the external SCM is driving process. It is also possible to configure RTC to drive actions back in the external SCM via pre/post process actions. This would require both Java skill and RTC API knowledge.
