Difficulty using 3.0 iteration plans in the web client

There are significant UI changes to iteration plans in the web client of 3.0. Much playing around has given me some insite, but I still cannot duplicate many actions I was able to accomplish in the 2.0 web client.

Is there any detailed documentation on operating 3.0 plans using the web client? I have not found any yet.
