Is there a way to enable the hovering capability in RTC ?

I am able to hover Work item query viewlets on a project area on one server but not able to do it on another server. Viewlet comprises of custom and pre-defined queries.

I assume that hovering is an in-built feature of RTC. Do I need to configure any settings ?
