Jesse Zhu (61) | asked Apr 17 '11, 10:10 a.m.
hi, every one,

On ubuntu 10.10, using cmd line: sudo ./server.startup, Tomcat server works ok at http://localhost:9080, but at https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin, an error occurs as the following:
The requested resource (/jazz/admin) is not available.

any advice?

thanks a lot!

What version of RTC are you using? If you are using v3 - you probably need to use /ccm/admin instead of /jazz/admin.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Actually I downloaded 3 zip files:

RTC-Web-Installer-Linux-3.0,
RTC-Developer-10-C-License-3.0,
JazzTeamServer

I shall start Jazz team Server first, right? at https://localhost:9443/ccm/admin, it doesn't work either.

what is the problem?

Jesse
