Do i need to download trial Version of DB2 and WAS???

These are available from the Optional programs described in the download page for RC1 - and that link points to:

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/milestones/3.0.1RC1?p=optionalPrograms

These are links to the DB2 and WAS download pages.

You do need to explicitly download these trial versions for RC1.
