Hi,

I've been trying to generate the report for average time interval taken for the request to get the approval. For this, we are using the "Approval' tab in Jazz. Can anyone tell, how to capture the timestamp of the various states("Approved", "Pending" and "Rejected" )of approval tab in BIRT report. Thanks in advance.

Currently we do not capture the approval data in the data warehouse. Please file an enhancement request and we will consider this for a future release.
