I have rolled back after problems getting the upgrade tools to work on my Windows Server 2008 platform. The repotools-ccm and repotools-jts with "-migration_ccm_updateConfigurationFiles" by itself doesn't seem to be enough, and the server/upgrade/jts_upgrade.bat and ccm_upgrade.bat just report errors like this one:
Either jts is not the application home directory or the application context root '' is not correct.

In trying to fix that error, I wondered why the English and French parameter files for ccm_params aren't the same. The English defines two values that are not mentioned in the French:
set UPDATE_TOMCAT_FILES=yes
set NEW_JTS_TOMCAT_HOME=

and the French defines two that are not mentioned in the English:
set OLD_JTS_HOME=
set UPDATE_TYPE=JAZZ_AND_TOMCAT

I tried setting UPDATE_TYPE=JAZZ, but that didn't fix my problem. Explicitly setting

As I said, I'm rolling back anyhow (hadn't noticed there is no SDK available for this release) so it's not a pressing issue for me, but thought it was worth reporting.
