Create a BIRT report showing Team Work Allocation

I have successfully created a RPE Report showing

NAME ASSIGNMENT STARTDATE ENDDATE per Team Member of a selected Team

But I would prefer to have it as BIRT to show it on a Widget. I found the ASSIGNMENT in APT_SNAPSHOT Data Source, but no start/end date

Any idea if and where I can access the assignment per time window
