Hi all,

in both RTC 2.0.0.2 or RTC 3.0, there's a problem when attachment file name has special characters. An error message is raised by web browser when the file is clicked for download.
At my customer, some files must have the "#" character in their names to follow company's standards.

Anyone had realised the same issue?
