Continual "Overdue" e-mail notifications

Markus Holzinger (51175) | asked Mar 28 '11, 9:06 a.m.
Hello,

we have observed that in some cases a user receives "Overdue 'Verification' request:..." e-mails although a) the related approval was done, b) the complete "Story" was "Done" and c) the affected "Action" was completed and closed and the all approvals were deleted!
How we can stop these incorrect notifications?
(We observing this phenomenon with RTC 2.0 and still after upgrate to RTC 3.0)

I will be gratefull for every hint
Markus

Aaaaah,

and here is the solution of this mystery:
We have hosted several projects on our RTC2 instance.
Because of Java version incompatibility of RSAx and RTC3 not all projects can use RTC3, so that we let the RTC2 instance alive.
But to minimize the effort for the users we configured the RTC in a kind that also the e-mails from RTC2 seems to be comming from RTC3.
This creates the great confusion.
After given the approval also on the remaining RTC2 instance no further "Overdue 'Verification' Requests" were sent.

Sorry for bothering you with this issue.
Markus
