Insufficient privileges to view Webservices sessions

Rogério Ramos da Silva (3352827) | asked Mar 22 '11, 9:08 a.m.
Hi all,

After upgrade my RAM version, I couldn't see my actives webservices sessions. When I follow Adminstration -> Tools -> View active web service sessions I got the error below:

User is not authorized to view the status page.

I can't to find the way to give the necessary permissions.

Regards,

Rogrio

Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the page again to see if that resolves the issue.

Is this a cluster environment? Are you using single sign on?

After clean up the cookies and cache all works fine.

My environment is under a cluster, but not using SSO.

Thanks!

Hi,

If you are working in a multi-server cluster you must turn on SSO. It is
how RAM expects to work.
