Steps for migrating RTC from one Milestone to another

Hi, Do we have any documentation that would help us in migrating the RTC from One Milestone to another(say Milestone 13 to Milestone 14)? The reason being we have generated data for the M13 build and would want to continue using it.

There are documentations provided for 2.x to 3.0 migration but not between milestones and hence some of the steps do not apply or they are not clear.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
