concurrent tasks

Is there a way in Team Concert 2.0.0.2 to say that some tasks should run at the same time? Here's the problem. I'm getting the message "the work item is planned to be completed on <date2>, while the iteration ends on <date1>. The message makes sense, because there are four tasks, each of a week's duration. If they ran consecutively, their four weeks would be longer than the 3 week duration of the iteration. But the tasks should run concurrently, so the total time should be only 1 week.
