Sametime 7.5.1 availability problem

Hi

I have a problem using sametime 7.5.1

I have installed and configured the plug-in in sametime and I have configured my RTC client to use the user.

It seems to be partly working as my external sametime changed status to for instance "away" if I change it in RTC. However my user apears offline - if I hover over it it says I'm offline and the symbol is gray and chat menu is not available.

I have no problems connecting - It just doesn't look like I'm connected.

Hi Tobias,

Im using:

Rational Team Concert Beta 2

Version: 0.6.0.I20080411-1100
Build id: I20080411-1100

and ST 7.5.1 L-KBIM-6YF5AW build 2007-04.15-16.14

I use the standard JazzTeamServer-1.0M6a
I installed the plug-in in ST
I'm logged in as a user with the same ID as my ST ID
I configured my user to use my ST ID in window->preferences->instant messaging
I have altered the plugin_customization.ini to have the broker option=true

I can change the my ST status from within RTC but I appear offline as do everyone else- any colleague atempting to access has the same problem.

We upgraded the version of the broker software after Beta 2, which fixed
some issues where connecting was possible but events have been stalled.

I encourage you to try the upcoming Beta 3 build.
