Can I upload multiple files in the RTC WEB UI Source Control?

I need the ability to upload multiple files using the RTC WEB UI Source Control. I remember reading somewhere that this feature would be release in CLM 4.0. I have done the upgrade but still can't find the feature.

Do you have an idea where this feature is hidden?
