Team Concert for Z trouble with ANTz build definition

we've been unsuccesful running an ANTz build using the provided documention and help from support. has any on Z/os sucessfully created a build using the ANTz method?
The errors on the log are very cryptic and trying different options, getting different results, I've supplied the log from our last try, maybe someone has had the same issues and gotten by this. my error is at the very bottom of the log " URI cannot be null"

The following line in the log:

SET "teamz.scm.dataset.prefix"=""

shows that you have not specified Data set prefix on the Jazz Source Control - zOS tab of your build definition. Please specify a prefix. When the build code calls File Agent, it passes the prefix as one of command options. If it is not specified, options are not parsed properly.

I updated this field and I've been working with Bruce on this results from this last build, (from another post) now getting a connection timeout to a machine name and we can't figure out why or where the build is getting the machine name, and not using the url
