CRJAZ01061 The request for the URL "/ccm/jauth-issue-to
I downloaded and used IM to install the Eclipse Client 3.0.
I have a ccm repository and can login with a user that has full repository permissions and a developer license.
When I try to Create a new Jazz repository connection to the repository I get
CRJAZ01061 The request for the URL "/ccm/jauth-issue-token" was denied. The status is Not Available".
The URL I can use to login is https://rtc3.mydomain.com:9553/ccm/admin and the URL I tried to use when I got the error is https://rtc3.mydomain.com:9553/ccm/
Obviously mydomain is replaced with my real domain name.
What might be the cause of this?

What happens when you use a browser to access the same pages with the same URL? That should confirm if the problem with the Eclipse client or it really is the server.
Also - try removing the trailing / so it is just ...9553/ccm
