Simplest way for BSA/Stakeholder to compare code versions

I am trying to find the easiest way for a non-technical person to quickly view and compare the versions (2.0, 2.1.3, 2.2, etc) of software within streams (PROD, DEV, PATCH).

Would this be done in a dashboard viewlet, or some other simple way?

Currently we are only using RTC(2.0.0.2) for source code, with occasional workitem/defect tracking.


Any suggestions or pointers toward materaisl specific about this would eb appreciated.
