Getting change set against a work item through Visual Studio

Hi All,
Is there any way I can get change set files against a work item using Visual studio client for RTC?

Basically I want to share the changed source files with someone over mail who doesnt have RTC.

I am willing to use Eclipse/Webclient if its possible through it.

I am not sure if there is a better solution, but you could try this workaround from eclipse client.
Right and open the change set in change set explorer. Select the files which you want to send, and right-click and load files in a folder. You can then send these.
