RQM 3.0 Requirements
We are evaluting RQM 3 and are having issues with requirements. We would prefer to not need to use a seperate application for requirement management. We would prefer using a built in interface similar to the 2.0 version.
Is there a way to set that up? I have tried just installing just the Qualtiy Manager application, but when you click on requirements from the main page it says the requirements arent configured for the project.
Any help would be great.

You will need to install/configure a requirements provider, such as RRC (http://jazz.net/projects/rational-requirements-composer/). The CLM install includes RRC/RQM (and RTC).
