Timestamp attribute

We have the need for a custom attribute that allows the user to specify both a date and a time, much like the attributes of a release/iteration (In this case it is a custom attribute called "Deployment Date/Time".

However, it appears that creating an attribute with a type of timestamp only allows selection of a date.

Is there a way to do this?

Via web ui - query builder does not expose custom attributes. Is there a way to do this?
