You have successfully logged into Rational Quality Manager, but the server appears to be in a bad state : unknown
We had the message above and clearly, if there is unknown mentioned it isn't likely that we can research our issue.
However, we do not have a list of suitable codes which do appear after this error to compare with other examples so we know what it isn't.
The last thing to occur on our RQM set up was a memory increase by the administrator to improve our performance issues. Since then we can not log in.
Our only option was given to perform a full restore. ouch! until later , not sure that will resolve either.
Can anyone elaborate on the not 'unknown'
