Add Widget Error with Formal Project Management Template

Is it possible to add Widget whose Category is "Reports" on ProjectDashboards with "Formal Project Management Template"?

I can not add any Reports Widget as follows:
Closed Work Items Daily/Open Work Items/Closed Work Items by Priority

Error Message:
Report with ID 'workitems.MicroOpenWorkItems' is not deployed to project area 'MSP1'. Please contact your Jazz administrator to deploy the corresponding report template to the project area. Otherwise, Click here to select a different project area.

I can add Widget as follows :
Work Items/Work Item Queries/Plans/Teams

I can add Reports Widget on ProjectDashboards with "Scrum Template"
Closed Work Items Daily/Open Work Items/Closed Work Items by Priority

Is it impossible to add Widget whose Category is "Reports" on ProjectDashboards with "Formal Project Management Template"?
