Some History fields display the literal ID versus the value

In v3.0 when we go to the History tab of a custom work item type we noticed some of the History fields display the literal ID when the actual value should be displayed. Is this a known issue? Has it been fixed yet or is it planned to be fixed in a future release?

In v3.0 when using value sets in Attribute Customization for custom work item types the dependent value cannot be selected until the source value is selected and the work item is saved. Is this a known issue? Has it been fixed yet or is it planned to be fixed in a future release?

In v3.0 when using custom work item types the various fields can still be changed after the work item is closed. Is this a known issue? Has it been fixed yet or is it planned to be fixed in a future release?
