Work Item creation in RTC v2.0

In an attempt to create a new work item in RTC, I am only able to create a maximum of 9 tabs, and can't show the necessary presentations for some of the tabs. Would anyone happen to know if that's the maximum it can handle, or whether some extra things need to be done for it to work?
