Description field in snapshot tables?

Hi,

I'm writing some reports that pull data out of the CCM snapshot tables, and I'm trying to get the built-in work item description field. Looking at the various extension tables however, the description field doesn't seem to be saved.

Is the description field stored in the snapshot tables? If so, where?
