RTC eclipse 30RC2 with RTC-SDK-2.0.0.2iFix5 will not start

i installed the RTC 3.0 ecliplse client RC2 and since it comes without the sdk i used the one of 2.0.0.2 iFix5.
After i unzipped in the TeamConcert folder i get this error
