Hi - I am having some issues changing source code components to a new owner after the old one has left the organization. When I try to change the component I get a pretty obvious error message:

Permission denied. Only the owner of the component 'Syndication' can modify it.

I have tried my project level admin, and he also gets an error when attempting to change the owner. Any thoughts on how we can change this?
