What are the limitations with the customization of RQM?

Hi, what are the limitations with the customization of RQM? What kind of activities cannot we do ? There are recommendations about the customization of workitems, workflow, fields .. ? and from which version of RQM can we customize RQM? Thank You

I think the whole idea of RQM is that it can customize or adapts to your workflow and workitems.

As far as what I have been doing with RQM you can customize the process workflow for the workitems, customize fields, dashboards, viewlets, test cases and plans templates.

Also it can integrate with other tools from rational software family such as ClearQuest and ClearCase.

It has plugins to import Test cases, scripts and plans from Excel or Word to RQM.
