Hi,

Using RTC 3.0 with WAS installation. Can I configure it to work with
users synchronized with the corporate LDAP but also create and authorize
access to users that are not part of the corporate LDAP?

Yes, and WAS makes this possible through Federated User repositories.

You can configure a federated user repository to use multiple LDAPs (your corporate plus a local ldap or active directory) or you can use your corporate LDAP and a file based user registry.
