Changing the state test run?

I need to change the execution of test cases, using a precise nomenclature already known within the organization, but not found in the administrative area of the Quality Manager 3.0 is no option to make this change. Can you help me?

Are you trying to change the name of an Execution state?

If so, please try this:

Make sure you are logged in as Admin.
