Importing work items with subscribers

With RTC 4.0.1 onwards, this seems to work..
Initially i had trouble importing Subscribers via CSV import. But later, when i changed the column header in csv from "Subscribers" to "Subscribed By", the import works.
Not to forget, the users you want to set as Subscribers, should be mentioned in full name (as it appears in RTC)
