Hi,
this is very few information. Anyway, I would assume from the information that your workspace you are trying to share is directly located in C:\ something like C:\workspace. My suggestion would be to move the workspace to c:\myworkspaces\workspace and try sharing again. The sandbox location would be C:\myworkspaces and RTC could handle that.
