Key advantages of Jazz server?

This is probably a question best answered as Jazz gets closer to GA.
However let me turn the question around and ask you what key advantages
do you want to see in the Jazz Server or Ration Team Concert Product?
Features are still being added to Jazz with each new iteration and there
are still opportunities for you to provide feedback and influence what
the final product looks like. Please use this forum and the Jazz Work
Items to voice what advantages are important to you.

Thanks. I am using Jazz platform since 4 month for our project from starting. I saw lot of advantages of jazz platform, we were able to manage all our project related activities from central place, Jazz.

I read Jazz doc, I came to know Jazz uses RDBMS for Jazz repo.

Sorry I was not very explicit about my previous question, As I mentioned Now we are planning to move our one project from CVS repository to Jazz repository, and This project has really huge codebase. So before migrating the huge codebase to Jazz repo, We wanted to get some input regarding performance of Jazz repository. This project has huge code base, apart from that in Jazz server we have other project also running. What will be the performanc of jazz server in this scenario.

Our team work on rational team concert beta2 with rational manual tester.
Now we use workitem and plan function
Everything is good expect workflow and report.
I think report will be good after GA.
And I think it's difficult to define workflow.
