In integrating LDAP with RQM, is it possible to disable case sensitivity for the RQM login to allow users to use LDAP to sign in.

Please let me know.

Thank you!

Have you had a look into other forum article

This works for my CLM2011 environment with WAS7. It contains also RQM.

LDAP is supported with RQM but there is an open work item around case sensitivity.  See web ui: problem with LDAP and case sensitive login (65816)

When working with LDAP you can run into an interesting issue; you may be able to login with the user-name typed in a case-insensitive way but then run into "You are not authorized to view this page" errors - as pointed out above you can disable case-sensitivity in Tomcat/WAS; although I haven't personally tried this combination.

Important note for CLM 4.x users who use Tomcat.  As of Tomcat 7 (which ships with CLM 4) this option is removed and you are forced to use case-sensitive logins.

This gave me a a lot of trouble when I upgraded from version 3 to 4.
