We have one RTC server in UK and we are looking for RTC proxy server installation\Configuration steps in India so that users may not face issues connecting to the server when there are too many hits on server. Can you help us with the proxy server installation steps?

Well, this isn't only for Jazz source control but a complete proxy server setup for RTC? To provide a reference,its like a multisite concept: http://jazz.net/blog/index.php/2010/10/04/does-rational-team-concert-support-multisite/
