report output of scm compare

I am trying to create a custom report containing the same information as the command line 'scm compare'.

Two hurdles:
1 - For the life of me I cannot find how to establish a data link from a stream snapshot to a change set. Anyone know the related tables in the data warehouse?

2 - From an ootb report I did find how to link work items to a change set but the change_set view is empty in our data warehouse. The 'scm compare' output lists change sets but not the view. Any idea why?

Found the answer in this, very good, article: http://jazz.net/library/article/447.

For our particular needs we needed the 'Save Change Log...' functionality described near the end of the 'Comparing Snapshots and Baselines' section.
