Deleting users

Hi, does anyone know how you delete users, I just have a feeling I've done it before but seems like I forgot how to do it.
Thanks

Users aren't deleted - they are archived. You can do this from various locations - one place is in the list of active users in the web UI. When you hover over a username you will see an archive icon to the right of the user name (looks like a bar chart). Click on that to archive the user.

If you need more information, the procedure is documented in the help:

So there is no way to completely delete a user?

That is correct - think about the implications of this. RTC maintains history over time in a variety of areas - if the user were deleted - how would you be able to see the name of a user who edited a work item.

You'll find in general that most things are not deletable in RTC - instead they can be archived.
