About export Jazz information... For instance, I would like to export
Pending work items information to a excel worksheet. Is there a
way to do this?

Since M5, export to an Excel spreadsheet is supported. In the RTC
Eclipse client, you can find the export wizard under 'Export..., Team
Artifacts->Work Items'. It allows you to choose a query and to configure
the columns.

The export functionality is also available in the Web UI, although more
limited: The columns as configured in the query are taken for the
export. You can download the spreadsheet from the results table by
clicking on the export icon in the header.
