DOORS RP integration to Exerpt?

Vivianne Eriksson (122) | asked Sep 23 '10, 3:35 p.m.
Hi,

will DOORS RP have an integration to Exerpt?

DOORS (Enterprise) has an integration to Exerpt (from Extessy) http://www.extessy.com/?id=7d23c1b00b73d37ee7d33ade11293cbb.
will that still be available when DOORS (Enterprise) goes JAZZ?

Thanks,
Vivianne

In DOORS "Enterprise" (the evolution of the DOORS 9.x product) we plan to continue supporting the DOORS eXtension Language (DXL) and the Requirements Interchange Format (RIF); these are the basis of many of the programmatic integrations between DOORS and other tools.

I believe the EXERPT Synchronizer uses RIF, so assuming EXERPT Synchronizer continues to support the same version(s) of the RIF standard that DOORS supports, I would expect it to continue working. Since this product is from Extessy, ia definitive expression of intent would need to come from the folks at Extessy.
