Report queries using Test Phase and Release

We are using RQM 2.0.1 iFix3 with out of the box(canned) reports - no added on customized reports.
We queried the 'Execution Status using TER Count' report with Test Plan, Test Case Category Type (Release)and selected the Release Name from Test Case Category Name. We got correct results.
Later we changed the above query which includes Test Plan, Test Case Category Type (Release and Test Phase) and selected the Release Name and Test Phase Name from Test Case Category Name. We didn't get any results(No records found message displays).
Has any body experiences this issue? Any assistance will be appreaciated.
