RQM- CQ integration with bridge gives Status 409 Error
We have followed the steps mentioned in http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v2r0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_defect_cq.html but while adding link it gives Status 409 error.
<Error> <message> CRVAP0279E The server connection needed to perform 'propertyReport (StpExResource.doReadProperties)' could not be established or terminated before the operation was completed. </message> <statusCode>409</statusCode> <cq>conflict</cq> <Error> <message> ; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect </message> <statusCode>409</statusCode> </Error> </Error> It is very similar to the problem specified in the thread http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=28212, but that post didn't provide any solutions. The user "dchadwick" mentioned that we need to verify "Next you need to make sure that you can create a Restful service URI in the CQ web client without getting an error", how do I check that in CQ ? Do we need any approval from the CQ server to approve the connection request ? |

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help). If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639). |
