OVER downloading of the assets in iRAM

If a practitioner downloads more than 30 assets a day, iRAM is shut down immediately, he/she can't access or download the assets in iRAM all that day, and OVER downloading warning mail is sent to him/her automatically.

Is that the functionality to prevent OVER downloading in iRAM?
If it is the functionality, please let us know the way to prevent OVER downloading in iRAM.

RAM has no capability to control that. It must be some intermediate
server that is controlling that.

Where does the email warning come from? Since RAM can't control this the
email should indicate what server is actually sending it.
