We created a new project area and started to use access control using grant read access to member of the project area hierarchy and users in access list.

We added a user in access list, but this user can not see project area in RRC Client

Can someone help me to solve it?

Can you see a RRC license associated with this userid in the Jazz admin UI?

All of them are with author license

Once you have given them the author license it is necessary to configure that they are a member of the project. From the Jazz Admin page, select "Project Area Management" tab, and open the appropriate project. Under the members section, ensure that the user has been added as a member to that project and has the Author Process Role.

If all of this has been setup then they should be able to see the project from either the rich or web client.
