Can't export Plan Requirements Not Covered into Excel

From the dashboard, if I select the Requirements not covered (shown on the pie chart), when I attempt to export these requirements into Excel (or Word, or to a PDF) nothing happens. I have tried using Firefox as well as Chrome. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks

Here is a response to my previous post. There is an error message that pops up on the page (using IE8) that reads:

Message: 'parameterNames' is null or not an object
Line: 16
Char: 15278
Code: 0
URI: https://rqm.landstar.com:9444/jazz/web/_js/en_US/-1391602756/po

I cannot export the requirements not covered report into Excel, pdf, postscript, Powerpoint or Word.
