We use the taskboard view of plans for our daily scrum. Is is possible to change the values displayed in the drop down list for the "Effort Tracking"

We discourage people to keep tasks between 4 hours - 3 days. It would be nice to alter the drop down values to be within that range for greater convenience.

the only chance you have is looking into the process configuration. Typically these are enumerations. If so, you can change the literals.
