Concurrent logins - web and eclipse client - does this count as 2 logins or 1?
I am reviewing the information available from JazzMon for our RTC v4 installation and I am interested to interpret the compatible client logon table. If user X logs in to RTC from both the thick client and the web client does that count as two concurrent logons? We appear to have more users logged on than registered in our system, hence the question. |
