'Save Query' failed. Missing required license

Hi,

Im getting "Missing required license" for any operation in web UI. Even though my id has developer license.

I can perform all operations in my RTC Client.

Could you please let me know your suggestions ??

Hi,

This is a pure license issue - we faced the same issue and after verified the user administration page could find that the RTC Developer client access license was missing for that particular user and after enabling passed the error.
