download tab not appearing after build completion

when i run the build, i dont see the download tab after successful completion. Is there anything i need to add in Ant build xml?

the project i am using is simple helloworld java project .rtc version is 2.0.0.2 ifix2 and build xml was generated using export option in rtc cleint
