CRFCN0166E: Error getting configuration information ....
Hi,
We are using RFT with ClearCase. RFT is installed on two VMs and both have a snapshot view to a shared view location on a separate ClearCase server. The VMs initially functioned without any problem, however, the second VM now reports an error when the user selects from RFT: Configure -> Configure Applications for Testing or Configure -> Enable Environments for Testing.
Error message received:
CRFCN0166E: Error getting configuration information from the configuration file. Default information will be loaded.
The VMs are logged in using the same domain user with local admin permissions. Have tried un-mounting/mounting the VOB and disconnecting/connecting the project on the affected VM but receive the same error message.
